I got to be very hands-on in my jobs and I was able to learn a tremendous amount of medical information. As part of the medical staff I was able to learn proper patient care and the workings of a medical facility.
What I wish was different
I wish my job had been more consistent (I was sent to multiple locations) and I wish that the hours fit better with my school schedule. Overall, I loved them as an employer!
Advice
It was a fantastic experience and I recommend it to any aspiring clinicians, but I think you must have suitable medical knowledge and must adapt to new work environments quickly.
