Responsible to: Summer Youth Employment Coordinator

Qualifications: HS Diploma required. Experience working with youth in a mentorship and education capacity a plus. Knowledge in social work, education, and counseling preferred. 

Responsibilities: The Summer Youth Employment Counselor is a vital role in empowering youth ages 14-18 to navigate the world of work and develop essential skills for their future success. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with youth, provide mentorship,, and facilitate meaningful learning experiences. Responsibilities include youth guidance and support, work readiness training, career exploration, and program administration.
