We are looking for a Video Content Creator to help us grow our community and mainstream circular retail. This person will film content and share on all relevant social media channels, including: our founders stories, circular retail store launches, rebranding, composting events, and much more. Who You Are
- You are purpose aligned and stoked about our mission to sustainably made products available to families through circularity
- You are a talented editor, videographer and writer who is proficient in social media content creation, video production and post-production process
- You have proven experience in video content creation and video post-production at a consumer-facing brand, agency, or entrepreneurial endeavor
- You have a proven proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects
- You have demonstrated ability in adapting to brand voices and visual identities for social media post creation
- You have demonstrated ability to manage video projects from ideation to production, through post-production and delivery
- You are fluent in shortform to longform video - and how to efficiently produce content from YouTube storytelling to TikTok reels & shorts
- You are passionate about growing as a video storyteller- and excited about the idea of following the journey of a young, growing start-up that is changing the face of retail!
- You are willing to travel to all of our retail locations and events (primarily, but not limited to, the NYC area). Flexible schedule and availability to capture content outside of standard working hours.
What You’ll Do
- Create video content from concept, shooting, and editing
- Partner with social media manager to input into content calendar
- Create efficient, streamlined content production process- that leverages video storytelling from long form to short form for cohesive social media messaging
- Help identify trends across social channels
- Help tell our story by documenting company events and milestones
