Ecommerce Undergraduate Internship - Summer 2023

What are we looking for?

  • Strong written communication skills 
  • Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date 
  • Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment 
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening 
  • Must be a rising senior graduating Spring 24 or Winter 23
  • International students on a visa of any kind are ineligible.

What will be your key responsibilities?

The Ecommerce Site Intern will be responsible for supporting the migration to our new global D2C platform in order to achieve our overarching ecommerce business strategy. This position will work very closely with our Digital Transformation Manager and the M&M'S content project manager to ensure a seamless migration of all content, products, and product details for US and Europe.
  • Content Creation and Management - Work with content project manager to create new content and copy for mms.com. Responsible for uploading and managing the content for mms.com.
  • Agency support – Partner with content and copy agencies to manage any requests.
  • Site Quality & Accuracy - Ensure photography, product information and other website content is accurate. Assist with site testing and troubleshooting for site go-live. Support team with any needed quality updates (labelling, nutritional updates, etc.)
The position will work closely with the Digital Transformation Manager, Content Project Manager, and project team.  They will work with the Content Manager to receive all site assets and support content creation, as needed.  They will work with the website project team to raise any issues and bugs found during QA.
