Federal Work Study - Box Office Ticketing Associate

Hiring Federal Work Study (FWS) position(s) - open only to FWS recipients

Box Office Associates are expected to process and sell tickets utilizing various types of payment (cash, credit card or check) through the Tix.com system. Knowledge of all the policies, procedures and responsibilities is essential for each staff member to ensure smooth and effective operations. All associates are also expected to be familiar with and able to answer any performance related questions posed by ticket buyers.
