Federal Work Study - Pre-Law Event and Communications Assistant
Title: Pre-Law Event and Communications Student Assistant
Students must have Federal Work Study funds to apply (check your Financial Aid Award package)
Job Responsibilities:
Create digital and print flyers for Pre-Law events using Canva for review and approval by Pre-Law Program Director. Post approved event flyers on campus and online.
Assist with outlining and implementing a Pre-Law Program communication strategy for Montclair State University (MSU) students. Draft emails and messaging for MSU community.
Write three or more short articles about past and future Pre-Law Program events to be posted on the MSU Pre-Law Program webpage.
Assist with hosting in-person and virtual events such as webinars, panel discussions, group coaching sessions, and more.
Many of the job responsibilities can be accomplished remotely. In-person events will require you to be on-site.
Skills needed:

Comfortable with public speaking and networking (in-person and online).

Self-driven.
Able to incorporate feedback to projects.
