Data Analytics Manager

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information and processes
- Analyze service delivery data and identify trends from the perspective of quality and outcome improvement
- Evaluation of Agency data collection tools and processes resulting in recommendations for improvement 
- Act as a liaison to the State's Contracted System Administrator (PerformCare)
- Support of Executive Management, Care Management, Behavioral Heath Home, Community Resources, Quality Assurance and Compliance in the areas of data, research and reporting
- Participation in Office Management efforts as they relate to Compliance and HIPAA Security 
- Assist with the Compliance Risk Assessment
- Support all departments as assigned 

RESEARCH
- Develop, plan, coordinate and execute research projects for eventual publication, with the goal pf proving the value of services provided by the New Jersey Children's System of Care, including a focus on return on investment, with a goal toward publication
- Identify areas of improvements and develop new methodologies to meet strategic goals 
- Follow and enforce state federal regulations
- Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with management in determining research priorities and developing research roadmap
- Ensure that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
- Develop written procedures regarding all of the foregoing

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree: Bachelor's (Master's Degree Preferred) in a business (including Math, Statistics, or Information Management) or public health related
  • Two to three years of experience in development and oversight of research projects
  • Experience in data collection and statistical data analysis
  • Familiarity with the Wraparound Model of Care or other Industry Best Practices
  • Fluency in applicable office technology and software, including Access, Power BI and statistical analysis software
  • Proven aptitude in managing processes, developing standards and promoting process improvement
  • Proven team leader with comprehension of strategic partnering
  • Familiarity with Corporate Compliance standards in the non-profit or healthcare field preferred
  • Professional publications a plus
  • Experience in writing and reviewing grant proposals a plus
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power BI a must
